There should be a nut on the base where the center of the plate

is. If so hold the plate still & remove the nut. If not then the plate

probably just pops into place. Pop it off , replace the bearing & pop it

on. If you can see the other bearings in the crack between the base & dish

with the help of a flashlight & know the location of the missing bearing,

then hold it against the crack at that location & pry slightly with a
screw driver in the crack until it pops in. NO MORE CLEANING.
